Refund policy

Damaged Paintings or Prints- If you received your purchase and it's damaged then please make sure you take a photo and send it to me within 48 hours of receiving it. artbyebc@gmail.com

There are a few options available to you:

1: I can try and repair the product, depending on the severity of the damage, this is usually the best option. I will do my absolute best to try and get it back to as beautiful as it was before.

2: If the painting it is beyond repair then I can paint a near identical painting within 6 weeks. Each piece is so unique that the painting will not be exactly the same but I will try my best to get it as close to the original painting as possible.

3: If you receive a damaged print then I can replace this once the damaged print has been returned to me. If the print you chose is unavailable then you can either pick a different one for the same cost or I can provide a credit for when a print of the same cost becomes available.

In any of the situations above I will cover the cost of the shipping within Canada, otherwise you will be responsible for coving the cost of shipping back to me and then I will cover the return back to your destination. 

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds on any lost or damaged original paintings or prints
